Getting to and from the airport
DEN is located about 25 miles northeast of downtown Denver. There are a number of ways to get to and from the airport, including:
- Car:DEN has a large parking garage with over 50,000 spaces. You can also book parking in advance online.
- Taxi and ride-sharing:Taxis and ride-sharing services are available outside of the terminal.
- Public transportation:The A Line light rail connects DEN to downtown Denver. You can also take the RTD bus to and from the airport.
Navigating the airport
DEN has one terminal, but it is very large. The terminal is divided into three concourses: A, B, and C. You can get between the concourses using the free people mover train.
Checking in for your flight
You can check in for your flight online, at the self-service kiosks in the terminal, or at the airline counter. If you are checking baggage, you will need to go to the airline counter.
Security screening

Finding your gate
Once you have cleared security, you will need to find your gate. Your gate number will be printed on your boarding pass. You can also find your gate number on the flight information screens in the terminal.
Dining and shopping
DEN has a wide variety of dining and shopping options. You can find everything from fast food to sit-down restaurants, as well as a variety of shops selling everything from souvenirs to clothes and electronics.
